ShopHero is an ecommerce company that specializes in designing, building, and maintaining online storefronts for individual grocery stores and grocery store chains. In my position here, I work closely with our CTO to design and build our architecture that hosts and runs our custom online storefront experience. I have experience accomplishing this on physical hardware as well as AWS. I also managed our identity, device, and access management for the company as a whole. My time here was completely remote with occasional trips to the office as needed.
My other responsibilities include, but are not limited to; managing DNS records for over 120 individual accounts their SSL certificates, developing Linux bash scripts to streamline workflows, working with our developers to make hosting solutions and assisting in coding some features in PHP, HTML, and CSS, operated as the main point of contact for IT related questions for the whole company, spearheading our ongoing PCI compliance effort including simulated social engineering campaigns and writing documentation for our data flow, working close with our account managers to meet the needs of our accounts, managing our deployment solution for our custom software, and managing our mySQL databases and access to them.

I’m also an Apple Certified Repair Technician and have repaired physical damage on numerous Apple Devices.

As the Apple Repair Technician, I worked on campus to provide diagnosis and repair on Apple computers for students, customers, and the campus as a whole. I worked closely with IT department leads when they had a device that needed to be repaired.
